Order Issues:

I put in the wrong shipping address - Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Cart holding for items - Once an item has been added to your cart, this does not mean the stock you have selected is reserved. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.

Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately due to the nature and speed of the packing process we are unable to amend existing orders.

A product is missing from my order. We may have sent separate parcels so please check your delivery notifications. If you still have an item missing after checking your packing note, please contact customer service.

Can I send items as a gift? You can send a package to someone by using their delivery address in the shipping. However, we do not offer gift-wrapping.

I have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with customer service and we will sort this out as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the product to us before we issue a replacement. 

When can I expect my item? Our processing time is up to 5 business days from the day you purchased. Additional processing time is required during peak seasons and launch periods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. If your tracking label has been created but your order hasn't shipped out past five business days, please email us.

Return Policy

Please read our policy in full and start your return or exchange at the bottom of this page:

  • We currently offer domestic returns (Unfortunately, we do not offer returns to/from Canada at this time)
  • Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery of order
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet our standards
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded when requesting a refund
  • If purchase was made with part gift card, part credit card, the refund will go to the gift card first
  • If reaching out about potential defects in your garment after 30 days from purchase date, the garment will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for a refund or store credit
  • Refund amount may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account

 Items can be denied a refund if item has:

  •   Deodorant marks and/or staining
  •   Missing or removed bra pads
  •   Excessive wrinkling
  •   Detached tags
  •   Detached care/wash tags 
  •   Animal/human hair
  •   Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
  •   Any visible wear or damage
  •   Is not in original packaging 
  •   All accessory sales are final
  •   All Sale items are FINAL sale
